Payments and purchases

We do not handle or store your payment information. All payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe, who do not have access to any information that you provide on our website, including name, date fallen, location, story, and image.

Sharing your data

We will not share any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) outside of our fuffilment partners, who will have access to your address in order to ship your order

We will store some of the data you provide us, including the generated personalised poppy, and personalised story, so that we can print them out, and make them available for you to download in the future. We will also store your email so we can contact you if there are any concerns regarding our order. None of this data will be shared with any third-party services outside our payment provider Stripe.

Checking the 'Share My Poppy and Story' box will allow your poppy and story to appear on our Blog page, and other customers will be able to order the poppy you have created. You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing us at rememberedheroes@outlook.com

Cookies

We use first party cookies to keep track of the name, location,date fallen, story, and image that you provide of your fallen hero, so that we can generate the personalised poppy for you. This data is stored for up to 30 days on your device. We do not use any third-party, statistics, or marketing cookies.
